Good question. Reasons for not writing in my journal:

1. Strenuous hapkido practice
   
2. Illness caused by walking out of said practice into cold night air while drenched in sweat
   
3. Largely unsuccessful attempt to understand the METAFONT program
   
4. Largely successful attempt at writing a guide to using fonts in LyX
   
5. Time spent watching planes crashing into buildings

Hey! I spent time doing all five of those things too, except for Nos. 1-4, and *I* found time to write in *my* journal! ;)
