Sometimes having obscure tastes can be an advantage. I was killing time at the supermarket today and found the following in the bargain bin at the equivalent of $3 a piece.
- King Crimson: Starless and Bible Black (my favourite KC album, with the possible exception of Discipline)
- Michael Nyman: The Suit and the Photograph
- Stravinsky: The Rite of Spring and The Firebird (and not one of those crappy bargain classics releases from some orchestra you've never heard of - this is the CSO with Seiji Ozawa)
- an Alice Coltrane compilation
- Milt Jackson and John Coltrane: Bags and Trane (I've been wanting that album for so long!)
Nice !
