Heh heh.
I had a brief look at Python a while back but decided against learning it,partly because Perl is more widespread and partly because languages that rely on whitespace freak me out. It looks a lot prettier than Perl, though.

For me perl's syntax reminded me too much of line noise and my language aesthetics couldn't handle the thought of learning it.
