Date: 2001-05-30 08:48 pm (UTC)I remember listening to the radio when that airplane crashed in the Florida Everglades, the announcement was something like, "In the Florida Everglades rescue teams continue to recover body parts of passengers; the head of the Mickey Mouse Club (I can't remember exactly what this person was the head of, so I'll say the Mickey Mouse Club).
The juxtaposition of those two headlines threw me. You know? Recovery of body parts, and then "the head of..."
