Just for the hell of it, I inquired about an English-teaching post back in Britain. I received a standard out-of-office mail which said: "Thank you for your email it has been received." I am tempted to reply by saying that my services would be better employed in educating the administrative staff rather than the students.

When I mentally read "Thank you for your email it has been received." I automatically used Robby the Robot's voice.
