Connecting with meaning

robinturnerSince a lot of my mail these days is to do with our Moodle system, Gmail is continually plying me with advertisements (sorry, "sponsored links") about e-learning. One such reads: "Solutions designed to engage and connect your employees with meaning." I have thought about this for some time and still have no idea what it could possibly mean.
