That's painfully hard to read. The "r" is particularly deceptive - I took the line under it to indicate a "ya".

I know - I thought it would be disrespectful to delete it. The artist in question is Doğan Çilingir, who is quite well-known in these parts.

I don't know more than a handful of Arabic letters, but I'd assumed that would be the case. In this particular style (the name of which I forget), design takes precedence over legibility.
