So after praying for no more power cuts until Buffy was over, the electricity held up through Buffy, Angel, two episodes of the X-Files and South Park. And if that garden of satellite delights weren't enough, I switch on today and find that Showtime are showing Xena from Series 1, Episode 1. YIYIYIYIYIYIYIYIIII!!

You just reminded me that we haven't owned Cable or Satellite TV in over two years and we'd like to try this TV thing out again (it didn't work the first time, we bought it, and the only channel we watched was discovery and history LOL!

Do Turks yell "Yi yi yi!" when they're ecstatic over something too? Serbs do as well...at least you hear women doing it during folk dances. Hhe.

Have you seen the Buffy series finale yet? It seems like that should roll around any week now.

This is the one downside of my impending trip to England: I'm going to miss the finales of both Buffy and Angel. In the former case, that's not just the season finale, it's the Last Episode Ever. On the bright side, I have a birthday coming up, so maybe if I drop enough hints, my mum will buy me the DVD.

It's being repaired, and has been for about a month. They're having problems getting a part, and claim in their defence, "No one uses VCRs these days." To give credit where credit is due, when Nalan's exhibition appeared on TV, they recorded it for us.
