Volleyball again
Thursday, November 6th, 2003 12:31 amAs I posted earlier, as a spectator sport, volleyball has a number of advantages over its more popular rivals. In brief:
- Unlike football, someone scores every minute.
- Unlike basketball, there isn't a foul every minute.
- Unlike both of them, the duration of the match is determined by points scored, not minutes elapsed, so you never have to watch a match where the winning side is just farting around waiting for the final whistle.
- Hot chicks.
