Maybe I should stop posting stuff about the war - I just end up upsetting the wrong people. The hawks just shrug their shoulders and say "collateral damage", or, as one US sergeant apparently said of a different incident, "The chick was in the way" (the source for that is the Daily Mirror as well - the problem is that it's by John Pilger, whose heart is in the right place but has been known to get things wrong).
It wasn't you who upset me by posting this, so you shouldn't stop posting stuff for that reason.
As for that article, I didn't really cry in sobs. I was really trying not to because I was holding a bowl of breakfast cereal at the same time and trying to eat, but tears kept falling into the milk. It's a really sad story and it's sad that this is happening and has happened many times before and hopefully won't again (ever the optimist :).. and that's what got to me..
