robinturnerI was watching a film when the sofa suddenly went left then right. Since the film was How High I wondered if I was being subconsciously influenced by the subject matter, but when I checked the news in the morning it turned out that there had indeed been an earthquake. It was only 3.4 on the Richter scale, thoguh, so nothing to write home about. Except that I just did.
As for the film, I found it alternately hilarious and irritatingly stupid - kind of Cheech and Chong meet Animal House as envisaged by Spike Lee when smashed out of his mind. It did have a few good lines, though, e.g. "How did I fail woman studies? I love bitches!"
