I'm kind of torn on this whole "re-wilding" thing. Sure, it's nice to have wolves and bears and dragons, but we have to remember that they're rare (or non-existent, in the British case) for a reason: they kill things. There again, we kill sheep too.
The first comment on the article is also amusing—the poster wants to get rid of "planetary socialism" and feed "the hungry and down trodden in Africa and Asia."
