When I'm Sixty-Four

I just found a radio station called "Classic Rock" which is keeping me entertained (and nostalgic) with a diet of Led Zep, The Who, Yes, Bowie, Hendrix and the like. In a change of pace, they played The Beatles' "When I'm Sixty-Four" and I suddenly realised that Paul McCartney is now older than that.

The funny thing is that these days, sixty-four isn't old. Let's hear it for good nutrition and medical science!

Yet More Nostalgia

I can't believe it - that Classic Rock radio station is playing "The House of the Rising Sun"!  I swear that if I ever buy a guitar, this will be the second song I learn to play. The first, of course, will be "Smoke on the Water".
